Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026 · Covers version 1.0 and the web game.
About this policy
Duke and the Blocks is a puzzle game from Lamola Universe. This policy explains the information used by the game and this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Your game stays on your device
The game stores your current Classic run, personal best, Adventure progress and game settings in local storage on your device. It uses that information to continue your game and remember your preferences. These saves are not uploaded to a Lamola Universe account or game server. The game has no sign-in or cloud-save service.
You can reset your Classic best score and current Classic run using Settings → Reset Best Score. This does not erase Adventure progress. To remove all local web-game data, clear this site's data in your browser. On a mobile device, delete the app and its associated data. Device backups may retain copies under your operating system's backup settings.
Network connections
From iOS build 5 onward, Fredoka and Nunito typefaces are bundled in the app. The current web game also serves these fonts from its own host. These versions do not contact Google to load fonts. Earlier iOS builds 1–4 loaded typefaces through Google Fonts, which receives the requesting IP address, font URL and technical headers. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Fonts information for those earlier builds.
This website and the web version of the game are hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request information, which can include IP addresses, request URLs, browser information and timestamps. See Vercel's Privacy Notice. The installed mobile game's artwork, opening movie and sound clips are bundled in the app; playing them does not require streaming them from our website.
Advertising, accounts and permissions
The current release does not include advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions or a third-party gameplay analytics SDK. We do not sell your personal information or use the game to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. Sounds and haptics use the device's playback and vibration features; the app does not record audio.
Support and diagnostics
If you choose to contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Include only the game version, device model and details needed to explain the problem.
Apple or Google may process store, installation, crash or testing information under their own policies and your platform settings. During TestFlight testing, Apple may make tester feedback and crash information available to the developer.
Storage, retention and your choices
Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced or removed. We cannot retrieve or erase local saves remotely. Any support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. Service providers handle their technical records under their own retention policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain uses. There is no account to delete in the game. Clearing your local game data will remove your saved progress and cannot be undone by us.
Children and families
The game does not ask players for a name, age, email address or other personal profile information. Parents and guardians can manage the app and stored data using device controls. Please do not include a child's personal details in a support report.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our privacy practices change and revise the date above. If advertising or other services are introduced in a future release, the policy and required choices will be updated to describe that release.
